Description: The plaintiff was working as a licensed ticket salesman near Battery Park in Manhattan when a man approached her, knocked the cigarette out of her hand, and grabbed her identification card from around her neck. She pushed him away and then the plaintiff's boyfriend stepped in and punched the man.
