Description: Defendant Officers entered the Plaintiff's home with guns drawn. They arrested the Plaintiff and sent her to the 42nd Precinct. Plaintiff was detained at the precinct for fours hours until she was given a desk appearance ticket. When the Plaintiff arrived in court, the District Attorney declined to Prosecute.
