Description: On March 31, 2012, PO Stephen Collier’s NYPD motor vehicle collided with a vehicle operated by Plaintiff. The NYPD vehicle was a marked police car, but the lights and sirens were not in operation. The occurrence and the resultant injuries sustained by Plaintiff were caused solely by and through the negligence, carelessness, recklessness and wanton disregard on the part of the defendants. Plaintiff, who was in no way negligent, was caused to sustain serious and severe personal injuries.
