Description: On or about January 30, 2013, police officers entered and raided a building where the multiple Plaintiffs either resided, or, in the case of one Plaintiff, was lawfully present as a visitor. During the raid, the officers, inter alia, pointed guns at Plaintiffs, performed illegal detentions and searches, failed to provide Miranda rights, used excessive force, failed to allow Plaintiffs to put on proper clothes before they were taken outside, and unlawfully arrested several of the Plaintiffs. Once all residents had been removed from the premises, officers, without consent or a warrant, conducted a full search of the premises that went on for several hours.
