First Amended Complaint
Because of Plaintiffís complaints against police officers and local leaders, Defendant Officers at his local precinct, PSA 5, swore out a false affidavit to obtain a search warrant of his home. Officers then raided Plaintiff's home in riot gear, refused to allow residents to put on proper clothes, and planted cocaine. Plaintiff was then arrested, brought to PSA 5, and charged with 220.50(2) and 220.03. Charges were later dismissed on speedy trial grounds.
