Description: On June 6, 2012, defendants arrived at plaintiff's residence and demanded entry. Plaintiff's son opened the door and defendants entered without permission. Defendants ordered plaintiff to accompany them. Plaintiff refused, and defendant Kroski grabbed plaintiff by the arm and threw her to the floor. Defendant Kroski then proceeded punch plaintiff in the face and strangle her. Defendants then handcuffed plaintiff and transported her to the 25th precinct.
