Despite prior knowledge of Mario being in an emotionally disturbed state, Defendants attempted to subdue him with excessive and lethal force.. As Mario lay on the floor staring out the window he chanted, ìI SEE GOD!!î, yet at least 6 officers brutally beat, bludgeoned, maced, and electrocuted him to death.
