Description: On March 15, 2013 at 3:18 A.M at the intersection of 125th street and Broadway , NY , Plaintiffs were passengers in a taxi with another passenger , Julian Rivera. The taxi was pulled over by an unmarked car operated by officer's Urbanek and Santiago. Plaintiffs were not committing nay crime at this time , simply passengers in a taxi.
