Description: Defendant Officers pulled up to this block, demanded to see everyone's ID, and started arresting every African American male on the block. Plaintiffs were taken to the 70th Precinct and. some were strip-searched. Plaintiff 1 and 2 were charged with dis con and consumption of alcohol in public. Plaintiff 3 was charged with dis con and OGA. Plaintiff 4 was charged with two counts of disorderly conduct and one count of marijuana possession. Plaintiff 5 was charged with two counts of disorderly conduct in addition to one count of a health code violation for allegedly spitting on the ground. Plaintiff 6 was charged with dis con. All charges were dismissed or ACD'd.
