Description: On August 4, 2013, Plaintiff was operating a motor vehicle in the vicinity of 136th St. and Fredericks Douglass Boulevard in Manhattan when Police Officers pulled over Plaintiff without just cause. Officers drew their firearms on Plaintiff and shouted derogatory and racially offensive remarks at Plaintiff. Officers pressed a gun barrel against the head of Plaintiff, pulled Plaintiff out of the vehicle, and then pushed and shoved Plaintiff causing Plaintiff to sustain serious personal injuries.
