Description: On or about June 16, 2012, Plaintiff was attending a Father’s Day cookout with his three-year-old daughter in Callahan-Kelly Park. There was a shooting near the park, and NYPD Officers told everyone in the park to leave. As Plaintiff was leaving the park with his daughter in a stroller, Police Officers began violently pushing and shoving Plaintiff and struck Plaintiff in the back with a baton. After being assaulted by officers, Plaintiff requested medical attention, and officers directed him to sit on a bench and wait for an ambulance.
