Description: On September 5, 2011, on 97th Place, Queens, NY, while plaintiff was lawfully walking on the street, the individual defendants detained plaintiff. Plaintiff was ordered to stop and defendant Kunz or defendant Sheehan handcuffed plaintiff. Kunz or Sheehan searched plaintiff but recovered no weapons or contraband. Defendants Yu and Tomlinson arrived. Kunz arrested plaintiff for a number of charges. During the arrest, defendants tripped plaintiff, sat on plaintiff while he was on the ground, and kicked plaintiff in the face while he was handcuffed and face down on the ground.
