Complaint
Description: On or about January 8, 2012, Plaintiff discovered a phone in his cab that a passenger must have left behind. After a Jane Doe who claimed to be the owner of the phone called, the Plaintiff agreed to bring the phone to her. When the Plaintiff arrived at the indicated address, his cab was surrounded by about eight gun-wielding Defendant Officers, including Defendant Officers Kevin Nosworthy, Michael Quyer, Juan Cabrera and Annand Narayan, who pulled the Plaintiff violently out of the car and started hitting im all over his body, including by slamming his head into the his vehicle's door panel and, without probable cause, falsely arrested the him. Plaintiff was subsequently held at the precinct and falsely charged...
