Complaint
Description: Plaintiff was walking with his friend when they were stopped, searched, and placed in handcuffs by Defendant Officers. Plaintiffs were transported to the 62nd Precinct, and charged him with Possession of a Controlled Substance for substances found inside a home Plaintiff was walking past. A Grand Jury dismissed the charges.
