Description: On the night of April 27, 2014, the plaintiff was working at his job (Advance Transit Company, Inc.). and helping a special needs passenger out of a vehicle when he was attacked by an unknown person. That person would be revealed as Mr. Angel Porles. Mr. Porles attacked the plaintiff with a belt and his associates began to further attack the plaintiff. The plaintiff fled to call 911 and was arrested by the defendant, PO Rosanna Capellan. The case was later dismissed and sealed.
