Description: On May 22, 2014, at approximately 11:30 p.m., plaintiff was confronted by Defendant Officer Brent Curry and another unidentified officer near 68th Street in Brooklyn, New York. After placing a piece of candy in his mouth, plaintiff was approached by the officers and questioned about what he had just swallowed. Despite explaining that it was candy, defendant Curry handcuffed him, stating, "Now you're going in."
