Description: On December 4, 2015, Defendant NYPD officers entered Plaintiff Dale Webb's apartment. Defendant Sgt. Jim Paul struck Plaintiff in the face, dragged him out of the apartment into the hallway, causing injuries to his face. Plaintiff was arrested on charges based on false allegations that were verified by Defendant Maryan Hanna. Defendants subsequently manufactured false evidence and conveyed it to the DA's Office. All charges against Plaintiff were ultimately dismissed.

Description: On November 13, 2011, Plaintiff Carrasco was leaving a baby shower when NYPD officer defendants arrived and began aggressively brutalizing Plaintiff and his family and friends. A defendant office said "handcuff that bitch" and Plaintiff Carrasco was violently handcuffed and put in a police vehicle. Plaintiff Maynard, after finding out what happened at the baby shower, arrived at the precinct, where he observed one his friends, who was handcuffed and already bleeding, being beaten by the defendant officers. When Plaintiff Maynard asked why they were being beaten, the defendant officers threw him to the ground and began kicking, beating and punching his upper body with fists and a baton.
