Description: On August 21, 2012, around 11am, Plaintiff was falsely arrested by Defendant NYPD Officers, including but not limited to Police Officer Lucas Huertas, Sergeant Ray Jenkins, and Police Officer Anthony Ahwal. Plaintiff was walking on the street when he was stopped by Defendant NYPD Officers, handcuffed and arrested, and placed in a police vehicle. Defendants did not have probable cause to seize or detain Plaintiff. Plaintiff was taken to the 71st Precinct and detained for about 10 hours, then transported to central booking where he was detained for another 12 hours before arraignment.
