Description: On August 9, 2013, Plaintiff Jose Torres was riding in a taxicab in King's County when police officers including Officer Sean Feliciano unlawfully stopped the taxi, pulled Torres out of the Taxi, unlawfully searched him, found nothing, brought him to the police station and performed a strip search, then brought him to the hospital to compel Torres to take laxatives and prove he had not swallowed anything.
