Description: On April 16th, 2013, Plaintiffs were at a bar socializing. Suddenly, NYPD Police Officers including Sergeant David Leonardi, Police Officer Erin Filpo and others rushed the location, forcibly grabbed and handcuffed the plaintiffs, and arrested them for no reason.
