Description: The plaintiff was moving his car with his girlfriend when he was arrested by defendant officers in connection with a shooting that had happened a few weeks prior. He was taken to the 73rd Precinct where he was interrogated and charged with attempted murder. A month later on November 12, 2013, the plaintiff was stopped in his vehicle, searched, arrested and charged with marijuana related charges. The plaintiff believed he is being stopped continuously with racial prejudice. All the stated charges were later dismissed.
