Complaint
Description: Plaintiff's boyfriend was being harassed by the police outside their apartment. Plaintiff went down to see what was happening and as she and her boyfriend started going back to their apartment, they were stopped by defendant officers, and asked for ID. Plaintiff complied and started recording the incident. Then defendant officers asked for the phone and when she refused, they handcuffed her, took her to the 44th Precinct, and charged with disorderly conduct and OGA. Charges were later dismissed.
