Complaint
Description: Defendant Officers broke into Plaintiff's apartment, allegedly executing a search warrant. Plaintiff had not commitment a crime and was not about to commit a crime, but one unidentified Defendant Officer drew his pistol and struck Plaintiff's left eye, knocking Plaintiff to the ground unconscious. Defendant Officers handcuffed Plaintiff and brought him to a hospital, where he was treated and released without being charged. Defendant Officers told Hospital personnel a fictitious story of how Plaintiff was injured.
