Description: Plaintiff was outside of the 45th Police Precinct in the Bronx. Plaintiff was approached by defendant officers, handcuffed, and searched using excessive force. Plaintiff requested medical treatment, which was refused for approximately three hours. Plaintiff was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the Seventh Degree. Plaintiff made two additional appearances in court. All charges were dismissed on November 14, 2014.
