Description: On October 23rd, 2023, plaintiff was walking towards his vehicle when he was unlawfully stopped, detained, battered and assaulted, searched, and falsely arrested. The officers lied and accused plaintiff of having a warrant without asking or checking his identification. They then illegally searched his person, grabbed his body and contorted his wrists behind his back to tightly apply metal handcuffs. Plaintiff requested that the handcuffs be loosened, but the officers ignored his pleas. The officers proceeded to place plaintiff in a police vehicle and transport him to the 42nd precinct where he was fingerprinted, photographed, strip searched with attendant cavity inspection, and illegally interrogated without pr...
