Description: On June 16, 2017, plaintiff Mr. Ryan Singh blew a tire on his way home from work. Shortly after, Officers Bistany and Minutolo pulled up behind Mr. Singh's car. The officers told Mr. Singh to get off his phone and asked him how much he had been drinking. Mr. Singh repeated denied having anything to drink Officer Bistany asked Mr. Singh to take a breathalyzer. Mr. Singh complied and the test gave no evidence of any alcohol consumption. Officer Bistany contacted Officers Mantas and Petrucci, who both arrived on the scene. Description: On July 1, 2011, Plaintiffs Avecedo and Santiago were walking by a fight that had broken out. Several NYPD Officers, including Defendant Officers Cruzbaez, Maxim, Chau, Schillinger, Izzo and Bistany, were on the scene and threw Plaintiff Acevedo to the ground, despite him having no affiliation to the fight.
