Description: Defendant Officers were writing Plaintiff a parking ticket when he started recording the scene to show that he did not deserve one. Officers then assaulted him, took him to the 25th Precinct, and where more officers joined them in the parking lot and assaulted Plaintiff again. Plaintiff was taken to the hospital and then charged with Assault in the 3rd Degree, Resisting Arrest, and Harassment in the 2nd Degree.

Description: On June 6, 2012, defendants arrived at plaintiff's residence and demanded entry. Plaintiff's son opened the door and defendants entered without permission. Defendants ordered plaintiff to accompany them. Plaintiff refused, and defendant Kroski grabbed plaintiff by the arm and threw her to the floor. Defendant Kroski then proceeded punch plaintiff in the face and strangle her. Defendants then handcuffed plaintiff and transported her to the 25th precinct. Plaintiff was then transported to a hospital. All charges brought against plaintiff were ultimately dismissed.

Defendant Bliss then demanded to know where Plaintiff's babies were located. Plaintiff stated that she did not have any babies.
