Description: On July 4, 2020 Officers Brillante and Barry began following Plaintiff's Eduardo Boscarello vehicle out of a church parking lot. They did not turn on their lights/sirens, activate their body cameras, or inform the dispatcher that they were following Plaintiff. They deactivated their vehicle's AVL and DASLITE history to keep their pursuit hidden.
