Description: On February 16, 2012, plaintiffs Rudolph Riley and Michael Baptiste were walking. Plaintiffs along with other individuals were grabbed by defendant officers, John Borruso, Robert Flynn, Matthew Ficano, and others, and taken to the precinct. Plaintiffs were charged and taken to booking; plaintiffs committed no crime. After two days in custody, plaintiffs were arraigned and released. All charges were dismissed.
