Description: On April 11, 2017, defendant police officers pushed plaintiff up against a wall and began to search his person without probable cause or warrant. Despite not finding anything, plaintiff was falsely arrested. Plaintiff was placed into a vehicle and was driven around for several hours before being transported to the precinct. At the precinct, plaintiff was subjected to invasive strip searches. Defendant police officers advanced false allegations which had plaintiff detained for 30 hours before arraignment. All charges were ultimately dropped.

Description: On October 30, 2014, defendants knocked down the front door of plaintiffs' residences and entered. Plaintiffs were ordered to get on the floor and complied. Afraid, plaintiff Louisgarde shimmied over to the window. Defendants grabbed plaintiff Louisgarde, took his hand, then dropped him to the ground from the second floor perch, causing him to break his ankle upon impact. Plaintiff Louisgarde was then transported to the hospital and then to the police precinct. All charges brought against plaintiff were ultimately dismissed.
