Description: On December 19, 2018, around 11:00 PM, Plaintiff Korede Griffith was insdie the 17th precinct, in Manhattan, to inquire why his female co-worker from Brooklyn Justice Initiative was arrested. The desk sergeant, Defendant Daniel Omahoney, refused to answer his questions and told Plaintiff to leave, under threat of arrest. Before Plaintiff had the opportunity to leave he was immediately handcuffed by Defendant Officer Michael Fried.
