Description: On February 2, 2012, Police officers Manuel Sepulveda, Henry Chernyavski, James Capper, Mishiel Santos, Alfred Lobito, Michael Parisi, and Scott Zelinski entered the Staten Island home of Shawn Blair and arrested Plair without cause. Blair alleges violation of his equal protection rights as a member of a minority race, failure to intervene, malicious prosecution and abuse of process due to Officer Sepulveda's false statements, and false arrest.
