Description: On July 10, 2012 the Plaintiff was returning to her car parked on the street. Her friend was being arrested and her car was being searched by the following NYPD officers: Oghenevi Okrokoto, Joey Morales, Andrea Simmonds, Luke Denesopolis, Michael Civil. The Plaintiff inquired into the reason of her friends arrest and the reason her car was being searched. She was told to "get back" and complied. When she asked what was going on again two officers grabbed her, repeatedly slammed her head and chest onto the vehicle, struck her in the back of the head and placed "severely over tight" handcuffs on her wrists.
