Description: On April 4, 2013, Plaintiff Moore was driving and Plaintiff Henderson was riding in the front seat when Defendant Officer Thomas Moroney and Defendant Sergeant Filastin Srour pulled them over without cause. Plaintiff Moore produced her valid license. Defendant Srour opened the driver’s door, ordered Plaintiff Moore to exit, and then illegally searched her without probable cause or reasonable suspicion. When Plaintiff Henderson objected to the illegal search, Defendant Srour called for Defendant Moroney.
