Description: On March 22, 2014, Plaintiff Figueroa was approached by NYPD Officers with guns drawn, including Defendants Mobeen Yasin and Vincent Lindner, while lawfully standing next to Plaintiff Staley’s automobile. The officers illegally searched Plaintiff Figueroa, and then performed a public strip search of his lower body in front of witnesses. Plaintiff Staley then arrived and was instructed to open his trunk, which he did, revealing no contraband. While Staley objected to the intrusion, he was thrown to the ground and physically struck on the head and body. Description: On March 11, 2011, Plaintiff was driving his vehicle northbound on Rochester Ave, between Crown and Carroll Streets in Brooklyn, NY.
