Complaint
Description: Plaintiff was in the front lawn of his house smoking a marijuana cigarette when Defendant Officers pulled up and accused him of smoking in public. Officers then pulled Plaintiff across his private gate to the public sidewalk and arrested him. Plaintiff was taken to the 67th Precinct and charged with marijuana possession and resisting arrest. Charges were later dismissed. Plaintiff also alleges he saw the officers stalking his home after he filed a CCRB complaint against them.

Description: On March 1, 2014, NYPD P.O. Besnik Bojkovic and another P.O. approached Plaintiff on a public sidewalk and asked him to leave. Being lawfully present, Plaintiff called 911 to make a complaint. A short time later, Defendant Bojkovic returned with other officers who violently threw him on a mailbox, causing injury to his torso. They then handcuffed him extremely tightly, and arrested him for no lawful reason, and falsely charged him.
