Description: On May 20, 2017, plaintiffs were driving when NYPD officers, including Brian Doherty, John Telesca, Tiffany Mobley, Thomas O’Connell, Vincenzo Spinola, Cullen, and Joel Ayala, stopped them without cause. The officers were wearing civilian clothing and did not provide a reason for stopping the vehicle. The plaintiffs were ordered to get out of the car and were then handcuffed and transported to the 52nd Precinct.
