Description: On April 18, 2018, P.O.s Raymond Hill, Richard Roes, and others forcibly entered plaintiff's apartment and violently threw her to the ground. They put their knees in plaintiff's back and handcuffed her, and the P.O.s left her on the floor face down for some minutes. The P.O.s ransacked plaintiff's apartment saying that they were looking for drugs. Plaintiff was kept handcuffed wearing just her bra and panties for about an hour and half.
