Description: Defendant Officers forcibly entered Plaintiff's mothers apartment to execute a search warrant against Plaintiff's boyfriend. Officers arrested, Plaintiff, her boyfriend, he sister, and her brother's girlfriend. Officers allegedly found marijuana in the girlfriend's coat pocket and an air pistol and ammunition in plaintiff's brother's bedroom.
