Description: On September 1, 2010, PO Daniel Lee, Jane Doe, and John Doe appeared at Plaintiff's apartment. Plaintiff allowed them to enter and answered all questions asked. PO John Doe then asked Plaintiff to leave and arrested Plaintiff when he responded that this was his apartment and he had no reason to leave. Plaintiff was handcuffed, searched, forcibly removed from his apartment, and put into a marked patrol vehicle for transport to the 34th Precinct. During the length of the drive, PO Jane Doe verbally abused and repeatedly choked Plaintiff. PO John Doe and PO Lee did not intervene when PO Jane Doe was choking the plaintiff.
