Description: Plaintiff Ms. Janeke Creese was working at Cafe Omar, a bar and restaurant, when a young man requested a drink at the bar. Plaintiff denied to sell the man a drink, on the basis that he looked too young and clearly did not provide identification upon entry, on the basis that he lacked a wristband. Shortly after the man left, police officers entered the bar and requested to see the establishment's liquor license.
