Description: On April 22, 2021, P.O.s Stephanie Perez and fifteen other unidentified officers arrested plaintiffs without cause and unreasonably detained them for a long period of time. The officers broke down the entrance door to one plaintiff's apartment, stormed into the premises with their weapons drawn, and immediately handcuffed plaintiffs. One plaintiff was disables, and they did not handcuff her. Two plaintiffs expressed that the handcuffs were too tight and causing pain and numbness, but the officers refused to remove or loosen them. They subjected the plaintiffs to an illegal search and conducted a warrantless and unauthorized search of the premises, trashing it in the process. They did not recover any contra...
