Description: On January 1, 2021, plaintiff was lawfully in the vicinity of 261 East 39th Street, where he was by the bar talking with a friend as the party was coming to an end, and he observed a man run past him towards the back of the room with several defendant POs in pursuit. On of defendants approached the plaintiff and pulled him into a nearby bathroom. The defendant PO pointed to a gun and told plaintiff it was his gun while plaintiff denied.
