Complaint
Description: Defendant Officers burst into Plaintiffs' apartment, handcuffed Plaintiff 1 and watched as Plaintiff 2, who is pregnant and was in the bathroom, put clothes on, then arrested her, took her to a police precinct, and then to the hospital for irregular contractions due to anxiety. Defendant officers filed false charges which were later dismissed.
