Description: On October 13, 2013, Officer Christopher Hassan (Shield #4075) and his partner (unnamed) placed Plaintiff under arrest in the area of 182 Utica Avenue in Kings County, New York. The two officers transported plaintiff to the 77th Precinct without incident. Once the plaintiff arrived at the precinct Officer Christopher Hassan allowed an officer Nicholas Smith (Shield #23398) to process plaintiff's arrest paperwork.
