Description: On May 2, 20020, Kamiyah Bizzell, Gibran Johnson, and Keith Shenery were inside of Teamworkon3 Juices, a juice bar where they worked when over NYPD officers including Officers Dalia, Dooley, and Trahan entered along with Officers John/Jane Does 1-10. They stated they were investigating an alleged violation of Gov Cuomo's executive order prohibiting non-essential gatherings during the Covid-19 pandemic. Ms. Bizzel received a call from Mr. Calvin Brown, the business owner, who stated he was/would watch everything from the security cameras, which NYPD officer John Doe then unplugged. The officers then began searching the premises without a warrant, and claimed to have recovered a loaded 9 mm handgun, and arrested...

Description: On January 25, 2019, P.O. Kevin Weber and ten unidentified officers confronted and assaulted plaintiff while he was lawfully present on the street. At no point did they observe plaintiff committing a crime, and at no point did they identify themselves as police officers. The officers forcibly struck plaintiff with a gun to his head, threw him to the floor, then kneed and kicked plaintiff in his back while he was helpless on the ground and not resisting in any way. The officers continued to punch, kick, and strike plaintiff on his body, face, and head repeatedly.
