Description: On September 2, 2019, plaintiff Boisey Caldwell was admitted to the hospital for treatment following his arrest by NYPD Officer Geronimo German at Morningside Park in Harlem in Upper Manhattan. Defendant German had discovered the plaintiff fishing and proceeded to tackle plaintiff, forcing his chin into the ground and pressing into plaintiff with his full body weight. Plaintiff was then handcuffed. Plaintiff required stitches on his chin and also suffered a sore knee, aggravating his previously reconstructed ACL.

Description: On or about April 21, 2012, approximately 4:55pm, a brick was thrown out of a window in New York City (Manhattan County). The brick nearly struck SGT ANDRYUK (Sheild #3712). Plaintiff Leonard Hines did not throw the brick nor was he involved in that incident. Shortly after the incident, plaintiff exited the building and P.O.
