Description: On March 22, 2022, Defendants Bravo, Wallace DOE and ROE approached and Bravo, Wallace, DOE and ROE took plaintiff to a police station in the county of Bronx and entered him on the records as under arrest. The plaintiff was held on a criminal charge. While in the custody of the defendants, the plaintiff was intentionally touched, pushed, assaulted, battered, violated, strip searched, humiliated, photographed and handcuffed by the defendants. Description: On February 22, 2018 at approximately 10:00 PM, Aisha Reed was inside a cab parked in the vicinity of 182nd St. and Davidson Avenue, Bronx NY. NYPD Officers including Defendant Officer Frank, approached the vehicle. Frank opened the passenger door and ordered Reed to exit. The driver confirmed to the officers that Reed had paid the fare for Julian Tumma, who had just exited the cab, and he was transporting her to a second location. The other officers grabbed Tumma after he exited the cab and slammed him over the hood of the car. Reed tried to record this, but the officer confiscated her cell phone.
