Description: On June 5, 2013 the Plaintiff was arrested by Defendant P.O. Brian Roby and/or P.O. Jason Ragoo and/or Sgt. Michael Elderbaum (Shield # ) and/or unidentified NYPD officers John Doe 1-10. Without provocation on the part of the Plaintiff, the Defendant officers punched, kicked, pushed, tackled and otherwise severely beat the Plaintiff. The Plaintiff was also subject to a full and forceful strip search and manual body cavity search. Three hours after the beating, an ambulance transported the Plaintiff to hospital where he was treated for blunt force trauma to the face.
