Description: On March 26, 2011, while traveling in a "Dollar Van", Plaintiff was removed from the van by defendant Cronemyer and other officers, and along with the other occupants, handcuffed and taken to the 113th Precinct, in Queens, NY. At the precinct, Plaintiff was questioned and charged with violating a criminal weapons charge, after a weapon was found during a search of the van. After being transported to Central Booking, Plaintiff was released and the Queens County DA declined to prosecute.

Description: On September 3, 2011, at approximately 9:00 to 9:30 p.m., Plaintiff Jelani Blackwood was on Jamaica Avenue, in front of the Social Security Building at 155-10 Jamaica Avenue in Queens, New York.
